Monroe MI’s only all-cat rescue and adoption center is an all-volunteer organization that relies primarily on community donations.

Friends of Companion Animals Feline Rescue & Adoption Center is a 501c3 nonprofit animal welfare organization is a cats only shelter that has been preventing unwanted feline litters from growing up on the streets or entering the already overcrowded animal shelters in Monroe County since 2011. Friends of Companion Animals encourages the spaying/neutering of companion animals and conducts trap-neuter-release in public places where free roaming cats are prevalent as volunteers permit. In the last two years alone they've adopted out over 1000 stray and surrendered cats and kittens into forever homes.

🐾💖 MONDAY'S REMINDER: LOVE IS WAITING FOR YOU!

It's a brand new week, and we have 20 wonderful faces to share with you! 💝

These are just 20 of the 130 or more cats and kittens currently in our building, all hoping someone will fall in love with them.

Our adoptions have been slow, 😿 and we'd love to change that this week!

Each one of these cats has their own personality, their own little quirks, and so much love to give. Some are playful, some are laid-back, and some just want a quiet place to call home.

Take a look through the photos. You might find the perfect match for you or your family?!

PLEASE SHARE, TAG A FRIEND, OR STOP BY AND MEET THEM. LET'S MAKE THIS WEEK FULL OF HAPPY ADOPTION STORIES! 😻🐾💞

We are located in Monroe, Michigan. Open to the public Wednesday through Saturday from noon to 5:00 💞
