Mountain Home is growing our team! We're looking for two passionate, mission-driven people to join us in supporting young mothers (ages 16–24) and their children in Missoula.

Family Support Specialist – Child Development Focus Work directly with families to support healthy child development, strengthen parenting skills, and connect moms and kids with the resources they need to thrive together.

Supportive Education & Employment Coordinator Help young mothers pursue their education and career goals. Coach, coordinate resources, and remove barriers for young parents so they can build a stable, independent future for themselves and their children.

Mountain Home is looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our team! These Part-Time roles are a great fit for social work or education majors looking for hands-on experience while making a real difference in the lives of young moms and their kids.

Relief Resident Care Coordinator: Support young mothers (ages 16–24) in our residential program overnight. Build relationships, ensure safety, and help create a stable, trauma-informed environment.

Aftercare Child Development Specialist: Support the children in our care after school, fostering healthy development and a nurturing routine for our youngest residents.

One year ago, we opened the doors to our new building, and what a year it's been.

Because of this incredible community, Mountain Home has been more than a building this year. It's housing 24 moms and their 33 kids throughout the year. Helping families find a place to call home.

To everyone who helped us get here. To our donors, volunteers, staff, and neighbors, thank you. This first year was just the beginning. 🎂

🎉 A Little Early Birthday Fun at Mountain Home! 🎂

We couldn't wait for our official first birthday, so a few members of our team threw a mini celebration ahead of time to kick off the countdown! 🥳
It's hard to believe it's almost been a full year since we opened our doors at Hillside. From day one, this community has been built on care, connection, and so many wonderful moments, and we can't wait to celebrate the real deal soon!
