Statement from the Imperial Court of Minnesota
On Monday, February 9th, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Imperial Court of Minnesota convened an emergency meeting to review matters concerning public conduct by Emperor 20 Adam Schrombeck that were brought to the Board’s attention following multiple events occurring over the weekend of Feb 6th-8th, 2026. During this meeting, the Board reviewed the circumstances surrounding the social media activity and public misconduct in question and considered its impact on the organization and its community. After deliberation, the Board determined that the conduct under review constituted sufficient cause for final disciplinary action.
Pursuant to the authority granted to the Board under the bylaws and Standard Operating Procedures of the Imperial Court of Minnesota, the Board hereby imposes the following sanctions, effective immediately:
Suspension of all Lifetime Titles that Adam Schrombeck has received from the Imperial Court of Minnesota, including but not limited to Prince Royale 19, Emperor 20, and any other title conferred by an Imperial Court of Minnesota Monarch, for a period of ninety-nine (99) years plus one (1) year. For the same period of ninety-nine (99) years plus one (1) year, Adam Schrombeck is banned from all Imperial Court of Minnesota events and functions.
The Board of Directors has determined that this disciplinary action is final due to previous actions from aforementioned person. This decision is not subject to appeal, review, or reconsideration.
This action concludes the Board’s review of this matter. The Board reserves the right to take any additional actions it deems necessary to uphold the governance, integrity, and reputation of the
Imperial Court of Minnesota.
