The NextUp Twin Cities 1:1 Mentorship Program is still open for sign-ups for both mentors and mentees!

• 6 month commitment
• Meet once per month for 30-60 minutes in person or virtual
• Mentee-led, Mentor-guided
• Program will run March to Aug 2026
• For Twin Cities-based employees with several opportunities for live networking throughout the year
• 90% satisfaction rates
