See what’s inside a harm reduction station!

One-third of U.S. adults know someone who has died from a drug overdose. This crisis lives in your community, with your friends, neighbors, coworkers, and family.

In over 40% of opioid overdose deaths, a potential bystander is nearby who could intervene. Be that bystander, carry Narcan.

Meet Board Chairwoman of the Fentanyl Free Communities Foundation, Michele.

Michele’s journey to advocacy was born out of personal tragedy when she lost her son, Tyler, to fentanyl poisoning. His loss has profoundly shaped Michele’s life and mission, transforming her into a passionate advocate against the fentanyl crisis.

In the wake of this devastating event, Michele has channeled her grief into action. She has become a powerful voice in the fight against fentanyl, using her personal story to connect with others, inspire action, and raise awareness about the dangers of this lethal drug.

Did you know? States with wider NARCAN access significantly lower overdose death rates.

That’s why we’re proud to work with partners like Free Grace United Church in Elk River to make FREE NARCAN available to anyone who needs it.

NEW: The DEA reports fentanyl is now being mixed with dangerous substances like xylazine, nitazenes, cychlorphine, and medetomidine, making today’s illicit drug supply more deadly than ever.

Why it’s dangerous:

➡️ These drugs can be stronger than fentanyl
➡️ Users often don’t know they’re taking them
➡️ Naloxone may not fully reverse the overdose
➡️ Some mixtures can cause severe tissue damage, respiratory failure, and death

Protect yourself and others:

➡️ Never take pills not prescribed to you
➡️ Assume any street drug may contain fentanyl
➡️ Carry naloxone and know how to use it
➡️ Call 911 immediately during any suspected overdose

One pill, one line, one hit can kill. Share this post to spread awareness and save lives.

We had a great time at the Orono Community Wellness Expo!

Our team hosted a resource table where we provided free NARCAN, fentanyl test strips, and shared important fentanyl awareness and prevention resources.

We connected with community members of all ages, from middle school students to seniors, as well as families looking for information and teens asking thoughtful questions about fentanyl.

It was an incredibly well-attended, family-friendly event, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support and educate our community. 💜

At the Night of Hope & Impact Gala, we shared the Faces of Fentanyl — a powerful tribute honoring lives lost and a call to take meaningful action.

Each story represents a person, a family, and a future taken too soon. We won’t let them be forgotten.

We’re within reach of our $100,000 goal, and your support can help us get there. Every donation fuels prevention, awareness, and life-saving efforts.
