Congratulations to Story Hill Renovations LLC on their 🥈 Silver award-winning project in the Basement Over $250,000 category at the NARI Milwaukee Remodeler of the Year Awards!

This previously unfinished walk-out basement was transformed into a warm and welcoming extension of the family’s home. Designed with everyday living in mind, the new lower level features a spacious living area, kitchenette, exercise room, guest suite, playroom, and a pet-friendly mudroom complete with a dog wash station.

Thoughtful built-ins, custom cabinetry, and modern organic finishes helped create a multifunctional space that perfectly supports the needs of a busy family while maximizing every square foot of the home.

S.J. Janis Company Inc. won a Gold award for their project in the Basement Over $250,000 category at the NARI Milwaukee Remodeler of the Year Awards!

What was once a dark, underutilized basement was transformed into a one-of-a-kind retreat tailored to the homeowners' lifestyle and hobbies. The newly reimagined space includes a mudroom, theater room, music room, fitness area, and a luxurious spa complete with a custom Finnish sauna and steam shower.

Extensive structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical modifications helped turn previously unused square footage into a highly functional and beautifully crafted lower level designed for relaxation, wellness, and entertainment.
