Meet Ryan, one of our 2026 Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon ambassadors.

Ryan has been running since 2015 and will be toeing the start line for the Half Marathon this October. He is motivated by the achievement itself and staying healthy, two things that go hand in hand on race day

His favorite quote says it all: "It's kind of fun to do the impossible." - Walt Disney.

Ryan is also passionate about growing the running community right here in Milwaukee, and we love that energy. The more the merrier on the Hoan.

Meet Jessica, one of our 2026 Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon ambassadors.

Jessica's dad is a five-time marathoner. He planted the seed. Her friends helped it grow. Now she is the one toeing the start line and she cannot wait to share what makes this race so special.

More than 40 percent of the course runs alongside Lake Michigan. Every distance crosses the Hoan Bridge. Once a year, this course opens up and there is nothing else like it in the Midwest.
