I've struggled w anxiety and depression for most of my life

I notice when I do as little as 5 minutes of yoga that I start to feel more like myself again. Yoga isn't a magical cure, but it has taught me how to breathe through difficult moments instead of getting caught up in anxious thought patterns๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ’œ

Yoga is a surrenduring to the present moment. Its choosing to take the time to separate with the on-going inner dialogue that many of us identify with. When we take time on our yoga mats to consciously breathe and move our bodies with intention, we become aware of the essence of being present. Instead of thoughts filling the brain, it's the sound of the breath. Instead of living on autopilot with repetitive patterns, we begin to incorporate mindfulness and clarity into everyday life.

Our yoga practice meets us where we are each and everyday of this ever-changing life, and draws us back to that true self that lies deep within.
