Success in action!

Two more participants have completed our program and they’re officially HOME! 🏠

Through our Rapid Rehousing Grant and the determination these two individuals have shown in diligently crushing their barriers, they’ve reached an incredible milestone: a place to call home. ❤️

And, as always, Friends of Beverly Shores stepped up when our participants needed items to make their new houses feel like home. Your generosity continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants and throughout our community.

Good news / bad news time!

The bad news: This month’s ServSafe Food Handler class is officially full.

The good news: Next month’s class is wide open and ready for you! Join us on September 18th, 9:00am–3:00pm, so there's plenty of time to grab your spot and get certified!

We know our community is still feeling the impact of the severe storm damage, and many families are facing challenges that extend far beyond the initial aftermath.

Citizens Concerned for the Homeless, Inc.. is teaming up with Threads of Hope, Inc. to provide an Emergency Food Supply Giveaway for families who may have lost their food supply during the storms.

Supplies will be limited, but we know these items can make a meaningful difference for those who need them most. ❤️

Please share this post so we can reach families who may be struggling to put food on the table after losing food due to the storm.

We have a full month of programming designed to support personal growth, strengthen families, and empower our community through accessible education. Each class is built with intention, and we are grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our neighbors in meaningful ways.

Chef Angie will guide you step-by-step through creating these vibrant pinwheels filled with roasted red pepper hummus, crisp veggies, and fresh herbs. It’s a perfect snack or party dish that proves healthy eating can be both simple and satisfying.

Our team has a Fun-Filled weekend ahead! 🎉

Part of our team will be at the 2nd Annual Community Day Outreach Block Party at Burning Bush Church from 12:00–5:00 PM, while another part will be at the Singing Sands Sand Festival!
