Ameican Legion Auxiliary Unit 451 would like to take a moment to honor the "force behind the force." Military spouses are the backbone of our Armed Forces, providing unwavering support through every deployment, relocation, and late night watch.

To our Auxiliary members and military spouses everywhere: your strength does not go unnoticed. You serve our country just as surely as those in uniform by keeping the home fires burning and our communities strong. Thank you for your incredible sacrifice and dedication to "Service Not Self".

Think Spring and warmth on this chilly day - join us at 1:00 today (April 19th) at Skwiat 451 hall to make sun-catcher flowers.

We would like to color many and distribute to nursing homes or assisted living centers to bring some spring time color and cheer to their windows.

Saw this on the news and wanted to share - INvets.org has resources for Vets and spouses looking for employment. They are hosting an employment event to network and meet employers in South Bend on March 4th (Eastern Time).
