You can be deeply thankful for the life you have and still ache for the baby you lost and the future you imagined with them.
Pregnancy loss leaves an absence that gratitude does not erase.
There is room for both.

This is why Held in Hope exists. 🤍
To make sure women are not sent home to navigate miscarriage alone, uninformed and unprepared. To provide the resources and support that should already be part of miscarriage care.
Because women deserve better through pregnancy loss.

Rainbow babies don’t replace the babies who came before them. They are a beautiful reminder that hope can exist alongside grief, and that our hearts can hold both deep joy and lasting love for the babies we miss.

Miscarriage is so much more than a physical loss. It changes your body, your heart, your plans, and the way you imagined your future.
So many women walk through miscarriage without knowing what to expect, only to realize afterward just how much they weren’t prepared for.
You deserved to be informed. You deserved to be supported.
You deserved to feel held through all of it.
That’s why Held in Hope exists. To make sure no woman has to walk through miscarriage without the information, practical support, and care she deserves.

Pregnancy loss changes so much, but it can never change the love we have for the babies we carried.
They were loved from the very beginning.
They are loved still.
And they will be loved forever. 🤍

Grief doesn’t have an expiration date.
Long after the flowers fade and the messages stop, a mother still carries the loss of her baby.
At Held in Hope, we believe she shouldn’t have to explain why she still grieves. She loved her baby. That love didn’t end when the pregnancy did.
We’re here to remind her: your baby mattered. Your grief matters. And you are still held. 🤍

There was a “before” version of me who didn’t understand the depth of pregnancy loss. I didn’t know how many women would walk through miscarriage feeling unseen, unsupported, and alone.

This is why Held in Hope exists: because no one should have to navigate miscarriage without care, compassion, and support.

Some people will never understand how someone so small could leave such a lasting absence.
But those who have loved and lost a baby know.
Every moment mattered.
Every memory matters still.

After miscarriage, so many parents quietly carry questions:
Why does this still hurt so much?
Why am I not over this yet?
Will I ever feel like myself again?
If you’ve asked yourself any of these questions, you’re not alone.
The world often expects miscarriage to be something you move on from quickly. But grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and love doesn’t end because a pregnancy did.
Your grief isn’t too much.
Your baby mattered.
And your loss deserves to be acknowledged—not minimized.

🤍 If this resonates with you, save this for the days you need the reminder, or share it with someone who is carrying this kind of grief.
