Mission: Our mission is clear: to spread awareness, raise funds, and provide support for mental health and substance abuse treatment in Northwest Indiana. With your help, we can make treatment accessible to those who need it most.
Statistics: Did you know that su***de is the second leading cause of death among 15-34 year olds in Indiana? Or that in 2020, over 100,000 people died from overdose in the US alone? These statistics highlight the urgent need for action, and that’s where StRides comes in.
Activities: Lace up your sneakers for a 5k Run/Walk or hop on your bike for 10, 40, 60, or even 100 miles of scenic riding. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking for a fun way to support a great cause, there’s something for everyone at StRides.
Raffle Drawings: As a thank you for your support, all participants are eligible to win a $25 gift card in our raffle drawings. It’s just one small way we’re saying thanks for helping us make a difference.
Scholarships: 100% of all registration fees and donations will go directly towards scholarships for mental health and substance abuse treatment. Your involvement is critical to our success in reducing the devastating numbers of su***des and overdoses.

We need your help! Sign up, show up, donate, volunteer, and raise funds for treatment for individuals struggling with mental health or substance abuse. Of all adults with a mental illness, 42% said they couldn’t receive the care they needed because they couldn’t afford it.
