Miami Dade College Foundation Every student at Miami Dade College deserves an education that matches their ambition.

Chartered in 1965 by the state of Florida as a non-profit, direct support 501(c)3 organization, the MDC Foundation is governed by an independent board of more than two dozen community leaders and philanthropists, as well as the College President, and members of the District Board of Trustees.

Convocation gave us a chance to reconnect with the faculty and staff who make the MDC experience so meaningful, while building excitement for I AM MDC Day with help from Night Owl Cookies® 🍪

We’re especially grateful to MDC Alumni Hall of Famer Andrew Gonzalez , founder of Night Owl Cookies, for his generosity and continued connection to MDC.

For the recipients of the Timothy E. Johnson Jr. Scholarship, the dream of becoming a pilot is becoming a reality.
