Stephanie, a resident at Vista Woods , shares how BLOOM’s credit counseling program helped her rebuild during a difficult time.

Step by step, with guidance, patience, and consistent support, she was able to regain a sense of control and raise her credit score by 60 points in just a few months.

Back in 2023, Monterey Pines came alive. 🌟

Kids lined up for face painting, families gathered around good food, and laughter was everywhere you looked. And then came the momen—scholarship recipients stepping up one by one, families cheering the most genuine kind of cheer.

These weren’t strangers celebrating a program. These were neighbors celebrating each other. The recipients that day weren’t just getting financial support. They were being seen. Told out loud that their goals matter and that they have someone in their corner, rooting them on.

We think about days like this a lot. The face paint. The food. The smiles that didn’t need a reason beyond just being there together. That’s always been the heart of it — beyond the paperwork and the programs, it’s the moments in between that matter.

We’re still here. Still showing up. 🩵
