If you've signed up for RoomCue at some point and, like most people, assumed it was a registration or check-in tool, it's not.
And we want to clear that up, because you're sitting on something more useful than you might realize.
RoomCue reads the room and tells you whom you should meet.
Here's the idea. Networking events are mostly luck; you talk to whoever's nearby and hope it's someone worth knowing. RoomCue removes the luck. When you set up your profile (what you do, what you're looking for, who'd be valuable to you), RoomCue looks at everyone else in the room and surfaces the people you'd actually want to find, before you walk in and while you're there.
It's best used as a pre- and post-event tool, not just something you open at the door:
Before the mixer — get on RoomCue, fill out your profile, and it starts working out who in the room is worth your time.
During — capture quick voice notes about the people you meet, so you're not scribbling on business cards or trying to remember later.
After — this is where most networking dies, and where RoomCue is different. Your conversations don't evaporate. You can keep tending the relationships that matter: mark someone as a "gold thread," message people you met, and pick back up right where you left off at the next event.
The whole point: the relationships you start at a mixer are supposed to go somewhere. RoomCue is what makes sure they do.
Come see it work — September 15th
We've got a mixer on September 15th, and it's the best way to experience what RoomCue actually does.
And to top it off, we're meeting somewhere special: the luxurious Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas, which debuted in early 2026 following a $42 million transformation of the former Scottsdale Plaza Resort, home to the new Baja- and Sonoran-inspired restaurant and lounge concept, Hecho Libre. Come for the networking, stay for the setting.
Here's the ask, and we'll be honest that it sounds a little funny coming from someone who just told you RoomCue isn't a registration app: get set up on RoomCue and RSVP for the mixer through it. Not because it's a check-in tool, but because getting on it ahead of time is exactly how it works its magic. It can't read the room for you if you're not in the room.
And there's something in it for you: everyone who's set up on RoomCue and attends the September 15th mixer will be entered for a chance to win one of two gift cards. Two catches, both simple: you have to be on the app and show up.

See you on the 15th!
