LATE UPDATE: Dog has been reunited with owner thanks to Terra.
Lost dog found in area of Power and Brown roads in East Mesa. Woman came to our neighborhood to see if anyone is missing a dog. Tag says pup's name is Pierre. Number listed on the tag does not answer. The user has not set up voicemail according to the message you hear. Dog is with Terra Hall 602-769-8596
