The relationship you build with your teen is one of the most powerful things in their world. ๐
It doesn't have to be perfect. You don't have to have all the answers or understand everything they're going through. What matters most is that they know you're there โ that they can come to you without fear of judgment, that you'll listen even when it's hard, and that you'll work with them to figure things out together.
When teens feel accepted and respected at home, they learn what healthy relationships look and feel like. They carry that with them โ into their friendships, their future relationships, and eventually, into families of their own.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up.
