Founded in 1970's the Rogue Valley Model Railroad Club is located at the Railroad Park in Medford, OR

The Rogue Valley Model Railroad Club is located at the Railroad Park in Medford, OR. Originally the club featured a portable, modular layout seen at shows from Dunsmuir CA to Eugene, Medford and Klamath Falls, OR. Since 2003 we've been at work on a permanent layout depicting the Pacific & Eastern Railroad between Medford and Klamath Falls.

Over the weekend our club members had a excellent time running trains. At one point the lights in the clubhouse were turned off and the only lights came from locomotives, structure lighting, and the ABS signal system. This really showcase the modern LED lighting on modern HO locomotives and the hard work and dedication that some of our members do lighting up their personal equipment.

This Sunday, May 3, the Medford Garden Railroaders host a Swap and Shop Event for rail fans of all ages at Railroad Park. Vendors and park volunteers will be selling and trading railroad memorabilia and model train rolling stock and accessories. Gates open at 10 a.m. The Railroad Park will return to its twice-monthly Sunday Run Day on Sunday, May 10.
