Now that the nine day show is behind us, we look forward to our next event which will be Fall Fest. We can’t wait to share more memories with everyone. We want to thank everybody for coming out to support our railroad and our fall steam show.  We want to send out a special thank you to Rockhill Trolley Museum , Steam Up LIRR 39 as well as Walkersville Southern number 8 for joining us.  This year has truly been amazing as you can see. Look at this picture. Now that the first weekend is behind us. Here are some of the history setting things that have happened just last weekend on the Williams Grove Railroad. At one point we had three trains and one trolley running at the same time. 643 has taken to the new rail we installed. The siding at end of track is cleared and ready to look at, and get plans on how to bring it back to life. The 172 from Rockhill Trolley Museum was a great success as we saw many familys riding the rails with the WGRR and Rockhill trolley as well as Gypsy 8 from the Walkersville Southern railroad. More info for the trolley.

We are a little over a week away from operating our Porto 172 in partnership with Williams Grove Railroad at the Williams Grove Steam Show, which runs from August 29th through September 6th. The trolley will operate all nine days of the event following the schedule listed below.

Saturdays 9 AM to 6 PM
Sundays 9 AM to 3 PM
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 12 Noon to 6 PM
Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

Price: $5 per trolley ride
Combo tickets will be available for a train and trolley ride at $12 per ticket on Friday, and both weekends.

Don 't forget to check out our merchandise available in the Williams Grove Railroad station.

In case anyone missed it yesterday. Rockhill Trolley Museum is going to be at our fall show. Please come out and support them as well as us at our fall show for train and trolley rides. There will be a combo tickets available. Running times will be published soon stay tuned.

History in the making. For the first time since 1938, an electric trolley will operate in Cumberland County! Come experience a piece of transportation history! Here at the WGRR we are proud to welcome the Rockhill Trolley Museum to run on the rails with us.
