Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way. Oh what fun it is to ride on a train through the light displays. Little to soon? No, tickets are on sale for our Christmas train ride Dec 5th and the 12th. Come out and ride the rails. Come meet Jingles the elf, and per what she said Santa is coming to the grove. 643 didn’t run for Fall Fest as was planned, she didn’t go unnoticed though. We would like to say thank you to the NRHS for her induction into the historic registry. That’s right, 643 is now on the registry of National Railroad Historical Pieces. She truly is a legend. The crew of the WGRR was surprised by this momentous occasion. More photos to follow.

Due to issues outside of our crew’s control 643 will not be running today. 643 isn’t the issue other things are. We will update everyone after the show.

Good afternoon, and here is the announcement: 643 is expected to run train rides in the afternoon on Saturday 10/24 from 2pm into the evening time. This will be the second time she has ever ran this late in the year. Not only will she be running, but she will be supporting LIRR number 39’s whistle also, Saturday at 2 o’clock at the station, there will be a special presentation for 643. Did someone say trolley. Yep the trolley is here as well.
