Our members enjoyed a bus trip to Lake Raystown, where they took a relaxing luncheon cruise on the lake before heading off for a train ride aboard the East Broad Top Railroad. 🚂

The scenery was beautiful, the weather couldn’t have been more perfect, and it was a great day filled with good food, great views, and even better company! ❤️

We love getting our members out and about, making memories and enjoying new adventures together. What a fun day!

Sometimes, we just need to slow down and take it all in. 🌸🦋

Our garden has been full of little reminders lately—flowers in bloom, busy bees, beautiful butterflies, and tiny insects going about their day. It’s a simple reminder to slow down, appreciate the beauty around us, and treasure the little moments that make life so precious. 💕🌿

Take a moment today to step outside, breathe deeply, and notice the beauty around you.
You never know what little wonder you might find. 🌼🐝🦋

This summer our members enjoyed designing their own tie dye shirts. It was fun seeing how each one turned out. It was also a nice trip down memory lane for our seniors as we talked about how tie-dye has changed over the years—and shared memories of tie-dying in the past!

A little creativity, a little nostalgia, and lots of fun! 💜🩵💛

Volunteer Drivers Needed! 🚗❤️

The Dillsburg Senior Center is looking for a few more volunteer drivers to help deliver home-delivered meals on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Our center helps coordinate weekly meal deliveries to local seniors, and we need volunteers to help make sure these meals get where they need to go.

Deliveries take place roughly between 10 and 12, but the delivery route does not necessarily take two hours to complete. You can volunteer one day a month—or as often as you’re able! Every bit of help makes a difference. ❤️

Interested in learning more? Give the Dillsburg Senior Center a call at 717-432-2216. We’d love to hear from you!

What a fun time we had at our Sock Hop earlier this month! 🎶🧦 Let’s just say our members knew how to rock around the clock!

We loved seeing our members go all out with their fun retro outfits and really get into the spirit of the day. We enjoyed delicious root b**r floats—which just happened to fall on National Root B**r Float Day! 🥤

A big thank-you to the JCMA Band for providing such great music and being wonderful performers for our event. And, of course, thank you to all our members who came ready to have a great time. ❤️

It was a day filled with music, laughter, dancing, and plenty of good memories!
