Trying to figure out your next read? We've got something for you!
There Is No Place for Us: Working and Homeless in America by Brian Goldstone is a Pulitzer Prize-winning book that follows five Atlanta families as they navigate skyrocketing rent, impossible choices, and the emotional toll of trying to survive in a system that increasingly treats housing as a luxury instead of a necessity. It’s eye-opening, often infuriating, but also deeply human and extremely important.
And we're hosting a book discussion on Tuesday, June 9th at 5:30pm to dive deeper into the book!
If you want to join in the conversation, you’ve got about 10 days to read it, but fortunately this is one of those books where you’ll say “just one more chapter” and suddenly it’s midnight and you’ve emotionally bonded with five families.
