During our Senior Awards ceremony last week, we had the privilege of recognizing Mrs. Kite as the recipient of Liberty’s first-ever Patriot Impact Award. Selected by the senior class, this award reflects the meaningful influence she has had on our students through her dedication, hard work, and commitment to their success. Congratulations to Mrs. Kite on this well-deserved honor, and thank you for the lasting impact you continue to make on our students and school community.

Pirate and Patriot Football season ticketholders - renewal is underway NOW!

SEASON TICKETS will cost $50 per season ticket (plus processing fees), which grants the holder entry into all five respective Pirate or Patriot home games.

RENEWALS May 11-26:
If you were a season ticketholder for the 2025 varsity football season, you should have received an email from the LCISD Athletic Department including a passcode and a link to renew your tickets! If you plan to have season tickets for the 2026 season, please renew these seats before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26!(If you want to change your seats, you will have the option to do so on Trade Days [see below], but you need to go ahead and purchase your original seats during the renewal period in order to qualify for Trade Days!)

TRADE DAYS May 27-28:
If you renewed your tickets for the 2026 season and you want to trade your seats or purchase additional seats, contact the LCISD Athletics Department at (806) 993-2300 during business hours between 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27 and 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28!

NEW SEASON TICKET SALES June 1-August 14:
Season ticket sales will open to the public on Monday, June 1, at which time, all non-renewed season tickets will become available to the public.

We need All Prayer Warriors!

The family of Lubbock Cooper Baseball Player Britton Voss is asking for prayers for him.

He has been flown out to Cook's Children's Hospital for further testing and treatment.

There are so many unanswered questions and the uncertainty and not knowing what's ahead is overwhelming for the family.

Please keep Britton in your prayers.

Pray for healing. God please keep him alive and get him the right treatment.

Pray for the doctors to have wisdom and clarity, for answers to come quickly no more delays in treatment, and for healing.

The Liberty Lady Patriot seniors picked up the win in the First Annual Emily Winton Memorial LCP Powder Puff Game with a 30-22 victory over the Cooper juniors.

Graduation Ceremony information. Congrats to all our Seniors!

It's officially time to celebrate! The finish line is in sight for the Lubbock-Cooper ISD Class of 2026, and we are ready to honor their incredible achievements during next week’s commencement exercises!

The festivities begin on Tuesday, May 19, with New Hope Academy graduation. The ceremony will take place at the LCISD Performing Arts Center starting at 7:00 p.m.

On Thursday, May 21, the celebration moves to the United Supermarkets Arena at Texas Tech University.

The Liberty High School graduation will begin at 3:00 p.m., followed by Lubbock-Cooper High School at 7:00 p.m.

We know that many family members and friends may be cheering from afar, so we are happy to provide livestreaming for both Thursday ceremonies.
