It has been a busy day here at CACC. Mark has been all over the grounds doing odd jobs. Courtnie and Jackie was busy working on Kids camp application. Mark and Greg are working on finishing up Sunshine me cabin. Jackie also worked on many office items today. Pastor Mike did a pool patch, and worked on a few odd jobs around the camp. Our grandsons stopped by and worked on a project for me for kids camp. More grass is being cut!

Calling all that can help. This Saturday at 10 am we need to move chairs and some pews. Pastor Mike is not physically able due to a few issues, Pastor Greg is also recovering from some surgery. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
Please don’t think we “have enough help” that is not always true.
If everyone shows up we can knock this job out in no time. Come out and join us for some pizza and pew/chair moving.

Past few days have been busy. Finished district assembly and was back at it on the grounds. Water being turned on. Grass being cut. Boathouse getting some maintenance and much needed clean out. Pool getting prepped and Youth center getting more a cleaning and organizing. It has been a full two days.

It was a historical moment and one I will not forget ever! If you missed District Assembly you missed this amazing spot in history.
The East Ohio Nazarene District surprised me (because Pastor Mike already knew) They paid off the camp’s mortgage and the camp is now DEBT FREE!!!! We are so blessed by the EOD Nazarene family they have supported the camp in their prayers, actions, donations, time, labor, talents and finances. What an amazing gift to the camp!!!!God will be blessed and in return bless the camp.

We also received a generous check from the EOD, NMI to go toward a new playground area. The Rush church presented us with a check from their VBS offering to help with needs at Kids camp and Hubbard church of the Nazarene is sending a check from their VBS offering to also help with putting together our sensory area.

We won’t come down off this awesome feeling for quite awhile! All we can say is thank you Jesus!!!

Long day yesterday at camp and I forgot to post. The pool as always was a mess but it is good now and ready for water! We had a great group of our camp older grandbaby work team. They are an awesome team. Camp Steve worked along side Pastor Mike in many areas today.

We are pumped at how close we are getting at the start of summer camps. Souls are about to be saved and lives changed! Leaders are about to be called in to ministry, teens may be about to meet their significant other. So many things are about to happen in the lives of those entering the grounds. All because you are praying for all these things.

What a beautiful day!!! Hot, but we will take it. Our daughter Courtnie and two of the grandboys came and worked in the nurses cabin today. Pastor Mike has been hard at work on the pool. It is almost ready for a good scrubbing. I worked around camp Nana’s cottage getting it cleaned up. And of course Coffee enjoyed many walks today.

Pastor Mike has been at it again, he and Coffee has done several laps around the camp and he has gotten some pastoral call done and office work, pool has been drained and ready for cleaning. Jackie has been working hard getting items ready for convention and Assembly. She has also been working hard on getting registration together for kids camp. Dave and Paula Monteleone stopped by camp today and worked on some of the equipment and cut grass. Dale and Kay and camp Steve have been working on their cottage. Pastor Mike and I finished painting the floor on Sunshine cabin. Tomorrow is a new day with more projects.

The International Harvester (IH) 2250 is actually a front-end loader attachment rather than a standalone tractor model. Manufactured during the 1970s and 1980s, the "Mount-O-Matic" 2250 loader was highly popular for utility and row-crop tractors ranging from 40 to about 80 horsepower. We are asking $3,500.00.

We are checking to see if anyone may be interested in purchasing this awesome tractor. If so contact the camp office or Pastor Mike. Pastor John is parting with this beautiful machine and part of the proceeds will be going to help buy some new equipment.

It has been a full day. Pastor Mike has been all over the camp doing various jobs. Cutting grass, draining the pool so it can be scrubbed and filled. He has cleaned up trash, and worked in the office. He spent some time with two of the grandsons and then helped me paint most of the floor in SunShine cabin.
I think Coffee is enjoying his time here at CACC. More to do tomorrow, stop by and lend a hand.

It’s the season, field has been bailed and ready for the first mowing.
No other pictures today. Jackie worked in the office, I was at my school job but there was a lot of activity here today. Camp board members Pastor Brian and l Paul were on the grounds, along with Pastor Wendy. Pastor Mike was all over the camp throughout the day. Jim Myers and One of the other pastor Mike’s worked at their cabin today. We have lots todo to get ready for our first camp.
