Willmore City Community Association WCCA is a non-profit with a mission to improve, preserve, and advocate for Willmore City/ Drake Park.

Willmore City Heritage Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that was founded in 1976. Our mission is to improve, preserve, and advocate for Long Beach’s first designated Historic District: Willmore City/ Drake Park. As an organization, we support our local Community Centers, sponsor neighborhood clean-ups, tree plantings, and home tours, and host multiple community events per year. We

are also a qualified Community Housing Development Organization and have been the recipient of awards from the Cultural Heritage Commission, Community Development, and Neighborhoods USA.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, tonight’s Willmore City Community Association May Community Meeting has been CANCELLED.

Another incredible morning in Willmore City!

Today, 28 new trees were planted along N. Loma Vista Dr., helping grow our urban canopy and beautify our neighborhood for generations to come.

That brings the total number of trees planted in Willmore City over the past 1.5 years to an amazing 150 trees!

Thank you City of Long Beach Office of Sustainability for helping us make this happen! A huge thank you to all of the volunteers, partners, and community members who continue showing up for Willmore City and helping make our neighborhood greener and healthier.

This past Saturday, Willmore City Community Association brought the community together for a neighborhood cleanup!

In just 3 hours, 15 volunteers removed at least 2 tons of debris and trash—making a real impact on the cleanliness and safety of Willmore City.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our Community Breakfast. With over 150 neighbors in attendance, it was truly a beautiful morning filled with connection and community.

A special thank you to Chef Alan and all of our incredible volunteers who showed up early and worked so hard to serve our community with care.

Thank you to Cat from Not Just a Mom Club for creating such fun and engaging crafts for the kids, and to Amanda from The Pin-Up Kitchen for the amazing treats.

We’re also grateful to Grocery Outlet on 7th Street for always supporting our events, and to Long Beach Heritage and the Bembridge House for continually opening their doors to the Willmore City Community Association.

And of course, thank you to Iyali for coming out and serving their delicious drinks—it was truly the cherry on top.

We love this community so much and are grateful for each and every one of you. 💛

We were looking for the perfect coffee cart for our breakfast events—and that search led us to

The coffee is amazing, but even more than that, Rocío and José are just incredible people.

What started as a small, home-based pop-up has grown into something really special—built on love, authenticity, and community. Named after their daughter, Iyali, everything they create is intentional, from the homemade syrups to the fresh pastries.

We’re so excited for you all to experience Iyali with us.
