SE Ohio Foodbank We work to fight hunger in Southeast Ohio, serving Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton, and Washington Counties.

Southeast Ohio Food Bank is a large warehouse operation that receives food donations from the government, major food manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers; as well as from farmers, local food producers, area food drives, and community organizations and individual donations. The food is distributed to charitable feeding organizations (food pantries and soup kitchens) throughout 10 counties in So

utheast Ohio. Either these organizations can pick up the food or it can be delivered. Once delivered, the organizations distribute the food throughout their communities to those most in need. The food is also used in many of our programs geared towards providing food for the elderly, disabled and children struggling with hunger.

We're hiring an Agency Relations & CSFP Manager at the SE Ohio Foodbank! Nurture our Network, Help Seniors, and Make a Difference. We are seeking a caring and dedicated relationship builder to join our team as the Agency Relations and CSFP Manager at the SE Ohio Foodbank. This position acts as a liaison between the SE Ohio Foodbank and our member pantries and meal sites across ten counties to ensure effective and equitable distribution of food to all member pantries and meal sites. The position also manages our Commodity Supplemental Food Program (senior nutrition box program). This position begins at $43,000 annually and includes a full fringe benefits package, including 100% paid health, vision, and dental insurance for the employee. More than 10,000 pounds of food collected — and it’s all because our community showed up. 💙

A huge thank you to the Letter Carriers Union, our local postal workers, volunteers, and every neighbor who donated during the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. Your generosity will help stock shelves and support families across Southeast Ohio.

Now comes the next step: sorting and getting this food out into our communities as quickly as possible. We could use some helping hands tomorrow, Thursday, May 14, from 12–3 PM in Logan to help sort donations. Whether you can stay for an hour or the whole afternoon, your time will make a real difference.
