Celebrating Value and Talent!

Throughout National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), we're celebrating the skills, talents, and contributions people with disabilities bring to workplaces across our communities.

At Fello, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to find meaningful employment, build a career, and pursue their goals.

Our Workforce Development program helps people discover their strengths, develop new skills, explore career opportunities, and find jobs that match their interests and abilities. From preparing for interviews to providing ongoing support in the workplace, our team is there every step of the way.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of celebrating countless career milestones, first jobs, promotions, and achievements alongside the people we support.

These photos are just a few of the many success stories that remind us why employment matters. It's about more than earning a paycheck. It's about independence, confidence, building relationships, and being a valued part of a team.

This NDEAM, we're proud to celebrate the people we support, the employers who recognize their talents, and the Fello team members who help make these opportunities possible.

Trust isn't built through words alone. It's earned through action.

Fello President & CEO, Jonathon Rondeau, joined leaders from journalism, healthcare, and higher education at The Baltimore Banner's Impact Maryland event for a panel discussion, "Can Trust Be Rebuilt?"

Moderated by PBS NewsHour's Geoff Bennett, the conversation explored how organizations can rebuild trust by listening, responding to community needs, and turning values into meaningful action.

Jonathon shared how Fello puts these principles into practice by empowering people with disabilities, investing in our workforce, expanding inclusive housing opportunities, and creating services that respond to the needs of the people and families we support.

At Fello, building trust starts with listening, creating opportunities for people to make their own choices, and following through with action that makes a difference.

Thank you to The Baltimore Banner for bringing together leaders for this important conversation!

The leaves are changing, the weather is cooling down, and fall fun is in full swing!

Tammy, Stephen, and their Personal Support Assistants, Mary and Trisha, got into the autumn spirit at the Severna Park Elks' 11th annual "Sundae Funday" Fall Festival!

With more than 130 adults with disabilities and their DSPs in attendance, the afternoon was packed with bingo, musical chairs, limbo, co****le, karaoke, delicious food, and plenty of laughter!

A big thank you to the Severna Park Elks for hosting such a fun-filled afternoon and bringing our community together to celebrate the season!

Everyone’s mental health journey is different.

What stays the same is the importance of having the right support along the way.

At Fello, supporting mental health is part of how we care for our employees through our Total Rewards approach. Team members have access to resources like our Employee Assistance Program, free counseling through BetterHelp, and mental health services through Health Connection, including therapy and behavioral health support. We also offer wellness-focused benefits like ClassPass and Noom to support overall well-being.

Because when support is personal, accessible, and built around the whole person, it becomes powerful.
