Obesity Prevention classes starting in October!
The Community Health Worker program is excited to offer a six-week Obesity Prevention Program at EACH location, starting the week of October 19. Join us twice a week for interactive, hands-on programming, designed to help you make simple, realistic changes to improve your health.

Additionally, participants that attend at least 10 of the 12 classes will qualify for a bonus incentive. Call now to register! Spots are limited!

Ponca Health Services is excited to announce the addition of chiropractic care to our services. Chiropractic care focuses on helping your body move and function better by addressing problems involving the spine, joints, muscles, and other parts of the musculoskeletal system. It can be helpful for things like back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint pain, and injuries.

Our goal is to help you move better, feel better, and get back to the activities that matter to you. Care is individualized to each person, with treatment recommendations based on the best available evidence and your specific goals. Depending on your needs, treatment may include adjustments, hands-on manual therapy, stretching and mobility work, strengthening exercises, and education to help you better understand and manage your symptoms.

Join Ponca Health Services, Behavioral Health Program for a 8-week outpatient group designed for adults seeking support with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the group provides practical tools for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and enhancing overall mental well-being.

Open to all adults experiencing mood instability, impulsivity, interpersonal difficulties, high stress and/or substance use concerns.

The Ponca Tribal Home Visiting Program currently operates in the Omaha and Lincoln areas, offering parenting support, cultural lessons and activities, and connections to community resources for families of children prenatal to 5 years old.
THV would like to expand to all Ponca service areas, but needs your help! Talking circles will take place this year to decide if services are desired, and what would be helpful for families in Norfolk, Niobrara, and Sioux City.
