The countdown is on⏳🎉

The Hunt For Foundation’s Juneteenth Committee has curated an unforgettable, family-friendly experience filled with culture, community, education, and FUN for everyone!

We’ve expanded our Kids Corner (ages 5 and under) and added even more yard games and activities for the entire family to enjoy.

We’re also excited for the additional art activities provided by First Presbyterian Church of Lincoln, Illinois and Lincoln Arts Institute giving our Juneteenth Festival of Lincoln, IL attendees even more opportunities to create and express themselves.

And of course, our popular History Walk is returning! Take your time engaging in the journey through Black history, achievement, resilience, and freedom. ✊🏾

We are calling for you to bring your family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and classmates. This celebration is for us all! The abolition of slavery is a reason to celebrate, and we’re coming together to honor our freedom, culture, and community.

THIS FRIDAY! 🎸 Downtown Lincoln will transformed into Nashville for the night! Stop out for vendors, food trucks, artisan market, kids games and inflatables from 5:30pm-8:30pm with multiple bands playing throughout the night. Hope to see you there for a rockin' good time 🎶🕺

💫 Featured Raffle Item: Rise and Shine 💫

Inspired by shadow quilts and crumb quilts, Rise and Shine is a stunning handmade creation that seems to leap right off the fabric with its eye-catching 3-D effect. Designed by Mary Margaret Harris and quilted locally with her sister Cynthia Knutilla at Indigo Quilt Studio, this piece showcases both artistry and craftsmanship. ✨

At approximately 92" x 69", it's the perfect quilt for curling up outdoors on a clear night and taking in the stars. 🌌
