Hunter Riddell – IMST, MI Metals, Inc., Smyrna, Tennessee: Hunter has been a valued member of the MI Metals, Inc. team for the past year, bringing five years of experience in the automotive industry. He specializes in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. His technical experience includes diagnosing three-phase motors, wiring scales and scale boards, and developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs designed to reduce equipment breakdowns and improve equipment reliability. During his time at MI Metals, Hunter has distinguished himself through his leadership, strong work ethic, and positive attitude. His contributions and dedication earned him recognition as Employee of the Month, reflecting the positive impact he has made throughout the plant. Hunter approaches every assignment with professionalism, determination, and a willingness to learn. A new White House report examines the growing use of illegal transshipment to evade U.S. tariffs and trade-remedy orders—an issue with important implications for the aluminum extrusion industry.
