The Transform Capital community is excited to deepen our partnership with Schreiber Philanthropy. Since 2022, our mission has been amplified by Schrieber Philanthropy’s funding, encouragement and innovation. Our latest partnership centers on a “recoverable grant” structure that will result in an additional 10 low-interest home loans for our remarkable neighbors in North Chicago. Further, this generous gift will drive our cumulative mission funding beyond $5 million, and our loan total to 35+, a milestone that will enable us to deliver a fully recyclable, sustainable and community-led mission.
