Lunch is around 11am. Distribution starts at 11:30.

The Planning Commission is currently considering a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment concerning data centers. There will be a public hearing on Thursday 7/30 at 1:30pm in the Council Chambers. You can also provide input by emailing [email protected].

On June 9th, Council voted unanimously to institute a moratorium on all data center developments in Fayette county until October 31, 2026. Share your thoughts with Council about data center developments in Fayette County using the link below.

Residents are encouraged to register for Engage Lexington and join the online discussion. Future updates, draft ordinance language, and opportunities for in-person engagements will be shared via the online platform.

We’ve had a couple inquiries about the property on at 1899 Parker’s Mill, right at the intersection of Lane Allen and Parker’s Mill.

Lane Allen Park Lots 2 & 3. Preliminary Subdivision Plat for 28 Lots.

It will be reviewed on 7/23 at 1:30pm in Council Chambers (2nd Fl, 200 E Main St). There will be opportunity for the applicant and the public to make comment.
