Before Kentucky Black Pride Festival there was a pageant system under the umbrella of Kentuckiana Gay Black Pride Association KGBPA- thankful to Tanya Hazelwood for her work, and merging that organization with us, this pageant system hosted its first pageant in Louisville KY in 2011, their last titleholder was Miss Vivika Hart (we have added her to our pageant system).
