Children & teens ages 6 to 17 who have lost a loved one or have an immediate family member facing a serious or terminal illness.

Each child attends with a trusted adult, because healing happens together.

We know many in our community have experienced the loss of a loved one, and we’d like to share an opportunity to honor their memory with an engraved memorial stone in the Trail of Memories patio at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House. Thank you to everyone who joined us last week for the Thresholds Conference, Holding Space in Hard Moments: Supporting Loss, Caregiver Fatigue, and End-of-Life Conversations, both in person and virtually. We’re grateful to have shared such thoughtful and meaningful conversations with all of you. We’re also pleased to share that the conference recording will be available later this week and may be accessed through Wednesday, August 5.
