Beacon of Hope Beacon of Hope Community Services has a long history of providing supportive services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

In 1987, several parents and relatives of adults with developmental disabilities united and founded the Beacon of Hope. They all shared a common optimism that their loved ones could live at home in a family setting and still receive needed services and supports.
