The Leominster Community Branch is the latest addition to the YMCA of Central Massachusetts' family. Centrally located in the heart of downtown, we offer a multitude of wellness options for individuals; including a state of the art fitness facility, group exercise space, youth movement classes, child watch and a variety of other programs. This new YMCA footprint allows us to increase our impact by

offering a variety of services that nurtures youth, supports healthy living and promotes social responsibility in the North Central Massachusetts region. Address:

Meet Abby, 👋👋the newest addition to the YMCA team here at the Leominster Community Branch!! Abby is super cool - loves to practice 🧘‍♀️ , play her 🎻 , and even sit down for a good old fashioned game of chess♟️ to stay sharp. So, whether you want to chat about Bobby Fischer being the greatest grandmaster of all time, discuss if Vivaldi’s Four Seasons is better than Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto in D major, or if you just want to say hi, and introduce yourself… Let’s make Abby feel welcome as part of our incredible community here at 108 Adams Street!!

We keep hearing that there is some important sportsball game this weekend?!! Anyone know anything about that? 😂😂

In honor of the big game, show us this week that you are your team’s MVP!! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Wear your team gear down at the Leominster Community Branch, take a photo 📸📸 of yourself supporting your squad and TAG us in it, or post your submission to the comments below (you must have one valid tagged or posted image for consideration.) On Monday we will select the entry with the most team spirit and that person will be offered one complimentary 👌👌 personal training session with one of our trainers!! 💪💪

We have heard “New Englanders are born with a strong back,” 💪💪 but this winter has really put that saying to the test 📑📑. If your back has been ever so lovingly ❤️❤️ letting you know it’s done with shoveling 🪏🪏for the foreseeable future, Nate’s Mobility class on Monday and Wednesday is the place to be. With a focus on stretching, and range of motion 🙆🙆‍♀️🙆‍♂️ Nate’s class will have you ready to dig out of the next big snowfall❄️❄️ (that you know is just right around corner.) 🙄🙄

We share 🤝🤝 our parking with our neighbor’s at The Lofts here at City Place. The parking lot shown in red in this reel is specifically for use by their residents only. All green areas depict free parking for all YMCA community members. Please be mindful of this during these winter months where the snow is piling up to avoid having your vehicle 🚘🚘 towed.
