What does it really take to rebuild your life after incarceration?
Join North Carolina Families United for our Rural Reentry Simulation, an interactive experience that allows participants to step into the shoes of someone returning home to a rural community.

Participants will navigate real-life barriers related to housing, employment, transportation, identification, supervision requirements, family responsibilities, and other basic needs. You may be surprised by how quickly one obstacle can affect everything else.

This is more than a simulation. It is an opportunity for community members, service providers, employers, educators, faith partners, justice-system professionals, and individuals with lived experience to come together, build understanding, and explore how Caldwell County can better support successful reentry.

💛 Participants and volunteers are needed.
The event is free, but space is limited.

Dear Families. We are ready and excited for the pick up day today at Clemmons Middle School. Families pick-up begins at 12:30 PM so please don’t come earlier than that. Early arrivals may create traffic congestion and impact site setup and operations.

Few things to remember
• Register before arriving for faster service.
• Have your barcode ready when you enter the line.
• Meal pick-up begins at 12:30 PM.
• Please do not arrive before 12:30 PM.
• Follow staff directions and posted traffic signs.
• Stay in your vehicle throughout the pick-up process.
