There is still time to purchase your tickets !

The night before our Sculpture Celebration, we host a dinner for our sculptors! 🎉🥂🍝🎶
The public is invited, and TICKETS are available now! Tickets are $80 per person. Come mingle with our talented sculptors and celebrate our artistic community!
Dinner will be located at the auditorium in The HUB Station. Jimmie Griffith will be performing! This ticket includes a Meat or Vegetarian buffet option from Southern Comforts and two drink tickets for Liquid Roots Brewing Co. We will also have sculpture decoration!

Sculpture Celebration: Meet this year’s judge, Jason Brown!
We’ll see you Saturday, Jason!! 🎉

Jason Sheridan Brown received his M.F.A. from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1999 and has taught Sculpture at the University of Tennessee since 2001. His artwork has been exhibited nationally, including solo and group exhibitions in 22 states, and internationally in Canada, Germany, and New Zealand. Brown has completed a number of multi-disciplinary public arts projects and multiple artist residencies in the U.S. and abroad. Throughout his art and teaching, Brown emphasizes interdisciplinary cooperation amongst creative thinkers, as his current traveling exhibitions and curatorial projects with the Land Report Collective!

The Friday after Five! Art Crawl is a new artist market located around the Square in downtown Lenoir and along West Avenue to Mulberry Street, where the future home of Caldwell Arts is located! In addition to the Art Crawl, we will be having our NEW Tuckers Gallery sculptures with an opening reception.

Will weather affect the event? NO! The Sculpture Celebration Is RAIN or SHINE!

What is the cost? This event is free to the public!

Will there be handicapped parking? Some parking is provided on site & more is available at the Mulberry Rec Center, with free accessible transportation from Greenway Transportation!

2026 Artist Support Grant ANNOUNCED!
Artists of all disciplines are invited to apply for the 2026-2027 Artist Support Grant from September 1 – 30. This year’s grantees will be awarded $500 - $1,500 in categories including visual arts, music, craft, photography, literary arts, theatre, and more. This regional grant is open to residents of Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Iredell, and McDowell counties.

APPLICATIONS OPEN SEPTEMBER 1 and CLOSE SEPTEMBER 30, 2026.

Applicants will apply through an online grant portal. Before doing so, Caldwell County artists must contact Caldwell Arts Council Executive Director Zan Thompson by phone at 828-754-2486 or email [email protected] for an initial review to confirm that the project meets required criteria and to receive instructions for using the grant portal.
