Introducing Teige! Teige is a crucial member of of Executive Board, serving as treasurer! More on her below! Thank you, Teige!!
Teige West is an attorney and a native of Caldwell County who is deeply committed to expanding access to the arts throughout the community. Although she has lived in several parts of North Carolina, including the Raleigh and Wilmington areas, Caldwell County has always remained home. She joined the CAC Board in 2024 and currently serves as Treasurer.
Teige attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before earning her law degree from Campbell University. Her greatest artistic passion is film. During high school, she completed a summer semester in filmmaking at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, an experience that deepened her lifelong love of cinema. She especially enjoys classic films starring James Stewart, Claude Rains, and Bette Davis.
Teige is excited about the future opportunities that will come through the Art Council’s new historic building renovation. She looks forward to seeing the building expand access to all types of artistic experiences that will create connection and enrichment for everyone in Caldwell County.
