Today, we remember and honor Clarence “Bernard” Hoosier.

Bernard was a charter board member of Mariah’s Chapel and someone who gave much more than his time to our chapel and community. He shared his talents, hard work, and willingness to serve whenever there was a need.

His contributions helped shape Mariah’s Chapel and the community around it, and his legacy will continue through the people and places he touched.

We are grateful for the years of service, dedication, and generosity Bernard gave to Mariah’s Chapel and to those around him. He will be deeply missed, but we are thankful for the lasting mark he left behind.

Please join us in remembering Bernard and keeping his family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. We are sharing his obituary below to honor his life and allow our community to remember him.

⛪️☀️What a wonderful Homecoming at Mariah’s Chapel!

We are thankful for everyone who came out to worship, share a meal, and spend time in fellowship. It was a blessing to celebrate our church’s history, reconnect with friends and family, and make new memories together.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day special and thank you HymnSmythe for joining us. We are grateful for God’s faithfulness through the years and look forward to what He has in store for the future.
