September’s Banned Books Book Club will be discussing 𝗔 𝗕𝗮𝗱 𝗕𝗼𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹 by Tanya Lee Stone on Thursday, September 17.

This title is consistently one of the most frequently challenged and banned books nationwide and is on the American Library Association’s list of the most banned and challenged books from 2010-2019.

Banned Books Book Club will be hosted at Central Resource Library (9875 W 87th St, Overland Park, KS, 66212) in Conference Room 4 from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm.

Registration is not required, but context matters. So please read the book in full if you wish to participate in the discussion.
