Meet AMVN volunteer Lilit! ✨
Lilit Gevorgyan is a 19-year-old student at the Yerevan State University Ijevan Branch, where she studies Russian Language and Literature. Through her volunteer work with AMVN, she is teaching Russian to the children of Armenia and helping students grow more confident in their language skills. 📚🇦🇲
Lilit shares: “Hello. My name is Lilit Gevorgyan, and I am 19 years old. I study in the Department of Russian Language and Literature at the Yerevan State University. Of Ijevan Branch. My choice of profession is connected with my interest in language; I enjoy understanding the structure of speech and the proper communication between a teacher and a student.
For me, volunteering is a great opportunity to gain practical experience. I would like to learn how to explain language material in a simple and accessible way and help students speak Russian more freely and confidently.”
Thank you, Lilit, for making a difference in the lives of the Armenian community! ❤️

Meet Natali 🇦🇲✨
Originally from Armenia and now living in the United States, Natali Khachikan is an AMVN volunteer teacher dedicated to making a difference in the lives of Armenian children by teaching them English. ❤️📚
“Hi! My name is Natali Khachikan, I’m 17 years old and an undergraduate at Arizona State University studying computer science. I’m from Yerevan, Armenia, and moved to the U.S. in 2018. In my spare time, I enjoy drawing, reading, listening to music, and coding. I am certified in entry-level Java and Arizona Technical Skills Standards.
Learning English from scratch was frustrating, so I look forward to making the process of learning a new language as easy and effective as possible. This year, I was part of National Honor Society and completed 46 hours of community service. After volunteering for others, I’m excited to give back to the Armenian community by becoming a volunteer at AMVN.” 💙
We’re proud to have passionate young leaders like Natali helping empower the next generation through education and community service. 🌍✨

She studied piano for 7 years and has been dancing since childhood. Today, she is focused on her studies and dancing — while also making a difference as an AMVN volunteer English teacher for children. 💙

Meet AMVN volunteer Syuzi Seyranyan! ✨ She started with AMVN as a student, and now she’s giving back to the community by teaching English to Armenian children. 💛
“I’m Syuzi, a design student at the European College. Art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I spent four years studying theater and performed in numerous productions. Later, I dedicated two years to singing. Now, I’m learning to play the guitar and planning to pursue it as my future career.
Beyond art, I love exploring different ideas through reading — especially philosophy, psychology, and languages.

We’re grateful to have passionate young people like Suysi inspiring and supporting our community every day. 🌍✨
