The Johnson County Transition Council and Family Advocacy Committee is excited to invite you to its Community Resource Sharing Event on July 30th!
This informative event is designed to connect individuals and families with valuable community resources that support successful employment and greater independence for individuals with disabilities.
Representatives from Vocational Rehabilitation, Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and Working Healthy will share information about employment supports, benefits counseling, and resources that empower individuals with disabilities to pursue meaningful employment while maintaining important benefits, including Medicaid coverage.
Whether you are just beginning to explore transition services or looking to expand your knowledge of available supports, this event offers an excellent opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with professionals dedicated to helping individuals achieve their employment goals.
