Did you know that up to 95% of cancer survivors face sleep disruptions, and more than half experience ongoing fatigue or anxiety? πŸ›‹οΈπŸ’”
Managing life after a diagnosis comes with daily challenges, and finding ways to relieve this distress without adding more pills to your routine is crucial for your long-term quality of life.
A recent study presented at the ASCO Annual Meeting highlighted the YOCAS (Yoga for Cancer Survivors) program. For 4 weeks, participants practiced gentle Hatha and restorative yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness.
The breakthrough? By significantly improving overall mood, anxiety, and fatigue, the structured yoga practice naturally unlocked much better, deeper sleep. It offers a powerful, non-pharmaceutical solution to tackle four of the toughest side effects of survivorship all at once.

Stem cell transplants were once a common treatment for CLL. Today, they are used much less often thanks to advances in targeted therapies that can control the disease for many years.
However, stem cell transplant still plays an important role for some patients, particularly those with high-risk CLL, Richter transformation, or disease that no longer responds to treatment.
Understanding when a stem cell transplant may be considered can help patients have more informed conversations with their healthcare team.
