Cub Scout 1071 Pack Cub Scouting means "doing." Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things.

Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting—citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness.

Congratulations to Christopher Devereaux, (3rd) Colton Blackwell, (2nd) and...... Ethan Moyes (1st) in the Pinewood Derby!!!!! All of the boys did a very good job! It was a great evening!

Don't forget the Pinewood Derby is tomorrow at 6 p.m.! We'll meet in the Primary Room first to weigh the cars in and then move to the gym. PLEASE COME ON TIME OR A LITTLE EARLY to make sure we can get all of the cars weighed in quickly! You can go to Brian and Lani Petersen's tonight if you want to check the weight of your car. We'll still weigh it again tomorrow but this will make it so you shouldn't have to worry about adding or taking of weight right before the race! Thanks!

Pack Meeting Wednesday October 19. Cubs will meet at April Day's house at 5pm to go Trick-Or-Treating for a Food and Clothing Drive to benefit the Ute Indian Tribe. Boys are to wear their Halloween costumes (please no masks). Parents will meet the boys at the Church in the Primary Room for the award ceremony. For the food and clothing drive: the boys will be asking for high protein food items (beans, peanut butter, canned tuna, canned stews, etc), all sizes shoes and clothing, coats, sleeping bags, blankets, baby items and food, and personal hygiene items.
