www.echobarkery.org Our staff takes on almost all aspects of our biscuit production, assisting in making the dough, rolling and cutting out the biscuits, dehydrating our biscuits after baking, and even packaging and labeling the final product. The ECHO Barkery not only gives these individuals a working environment, but also a sense of community and accomplishment. Our employees show up for work with a smile on their face and leave with a smile on their face. The Mission -
The ECHO Barkery is a venture from ECHO. ECHO was established in 1974 and began serving adults with disabilities in 1975 by offering vocational training, community integration, and comprehensive disability employment. ECHO provides services from our Leesburg, Virginia facility, as well as on-site at businesses throughout Northern Virginia. The mission of ECHO is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their optimal level of personal, social and economic success. ECHO is a nonprofit that offers lifelong support for adults with disabilities. We provide skill building, job placement, day support and transportation. Our services empower individuals to be active members of the community. To get involved, learn more, or to make a donation, please visit https://echoworks.org/.
