💛 Growing Together, Healing Together!💛

Our Navigate Recovery Gwinnett recently joined our Lightway Recovery team for Trauma-Informed Care and Self-Regulation Training with Pamela Iris Books-Crump, founder of Monarch Transformation Trainings! 🌿

At Navigate Recovery, we believe that understanding trauma and learning healthy ways to regulate emotions are important parts of the recovery journey. This training gave our team an opportunity to continue learning how we can better support the people we serve with compassion, understanding, and care.

Recovery is about more than overcoming addiction — it’s about creating safety, building healthy coping skills, and empowering everyone to move forward with hope. We’re grateful for opportunities like this to grow in knowledge and strengthen the support we provide to our community! 💕

Last Thursday, Susan and Daisey had the opportunity to attend PCOM’s Mental Health Wellness Fair, representing Navigate Recovery Gwinnett and Lightway Women’s Recovery!🙌

They enjoyed connecting with students, teachers, and community members to share more about the services we provide, the importance of recovery support, and the resources available to individuals and families impacted by addiction.

Beyond spreading awareness, Susan and Daisey also provided Narcan training to 35 students and teachers! 💜 Equipping our community with the knowledge and tools to recognize an overdose and respond with Narcan is an important step toward saving lives and preventing overdose deaths.

At Navigate Recovery Gwinnett and Lightway Women’s Recovery, we believe education, connection, and access to resources can make a lasting difference. We are grateful for opportunities like this to reach more people, break down stigma, and remind our community that recovery is possible and help is available.
