Happy Thursday, WhiteHawk!

We'll be hosting our Annual Meeting at the community clubhouse tonight at 6:30 PM.

This will be an opportunity to formally introduce our new Community Management Company and Community Manager, as well as review 2025 and plan for 2026.

Our annual trunk or treat is this Saturday!! We’d love for you to volunteer with us to set up your trunk as well as bring your kids with Halloween pumpkins that need filling with treats! See you ghouls and ghosts there!

Whitehawk neighbors—We're aware of the filming event from yesterday and today. We've had a many of you ask for an event like this to be announced ahead of time.

Shaben & Associates approved without board review, a misstep we're addressing. We apologize for the scale and the disruption.

That said, production ends tonight.

Going forward: Events of scale with commercial aspects require board approval.

FYI: The pool/tennis bathrooms are under repair due to a slow leak. The women’s bathroom will be closed for a few days to a week as the crew evaluates and fixes the issue.

We also have a Wednesday scheduled repair for the tennis court lights.

Whitehawk Neighborhood Garage Sale

It’s back! After a couple of years away, our neighborhood garage sale is returning!

Mark your calendar for Friday–Sunday, October 4–6.

Now’s the perfect time to start cleaning out your closets, garages, and attics. Gather up your gently used or unwanted items, set them out for sale, and turn them into extra cash!

This is always a fun community tradition, and it’s not just about selling—be sure to shop your neighbors’ sales too. You never know what treasures you’ll find right around the corner.

Let’s make this a great weekend together: declutter, shop, and enjoy connecting with neighbors.

Tennis Court Update:

Tennis Courts 1 & 2's lights will be fixed soon. In the meantime, the courts will not be reservable after 7pm until they are fixed.

The annual Gwinnett Multi-Cultural Festival is back for 2025. The event takes place on Saturday, May 17th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Gwinnett Place Mall in the parking lot.

The festival is FREE to attend and family-friendly. LET C.O.P.S. representatives know you're from WHITEHAWK!
