Sugarloaf Community Improvement District The Sugarloaf CID is a self-taxing district of commercial properties investing in infrastructure, public safety, and beautification of the area.

The Sugarloaf CID represents the heart of Gwinnett County – a thriving business community and a vibrant regional arts and entertainment center. It is home to world-class restaurants, businesses and cultural events. This is where Gwinnett comes to connect. CIDs are an effective tool for financing improvements that enhance property values by allowing property owners to determine how funds are spent in the district. These funds can also leverage additional public and private funding for infrastructure improvements.
