Two wins. One powerful story for Gwinnett’s growing life sciences ecosystem. This week, Georgia Life Sciences recognized two outstanding Gwinnett achievements during its Golden Helix Awards:

🔬 UCB USA ‘s transformational $2 billion investment at Rowen Foundation was named a 2026 Deal of the Year, celebrating a project that will establish the company’s first U.S. pharmaceutical biologics manufacturing facility and create 330 new jobs.

🎓 The Gwinnett Regional Science, Engineering + Innovation Fair received the Community Award for its work inspiring students to explore, research and pursue careers in science, engineering and technology.

Together, these honors represent both ends of Gwinnett’s growing life sciences ecosystem: the investments creating future opportunities and the community leaders preparing the next generation to pursue them.
