Earlier this week, Archway Communities hosted the launch event for the new Housing Hub Colorado Common Application. Created by the State of Colorado, the City and County of Denver Government, and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA), this new process will combine four applications into one, save an estimated $20,000 per unit, and shorten construction timelines by roughly four months.
