Moms For Liberty ends in VICTORY!!! 👩‍⚖️🇺🇸

The federal government was attempting to pressure schools, teachers, students, and parents into adopting the government’s preferred language and views on gender...or risk federal consequences.

We argued that the government has no authority to compel Americans to speak against their conscience or punish them for acknowledging biological reality. 🚨 BIG WIN FOR THE SECOND AMENDMENT 🚨

The ink is drying on a major victory in Florida. In Dunn v. Glass, Mountain States Legal Foundation and successfully challenged Florida’s firearm waiting period laws, paving the way for both provisions to be struck down.

A delayed constitutional right is a denied constitutional right.

This victory reaches far beyond Florida, strengthening our ongoing challenges to waiting period laws in Colorado and New Mexico and advancing the fight for Second Amendment rights nationwide.

We argue that only federal law—not state or local lawsuits—should set national climate policy, and that Boulder’s claims lack legal merit and threaten to undermine both federal authority and national energy security.
